Children’s Worship

Ages:  3 yrs – 1st Grade

Meeting Time: children are dismissed about halfway through our worship service, after a time of prayer and song, and before the message.

Meeting Location: from their gathering place in the front of church during the service, the children go upstairs to their children’s worship room.  To find your child after the service, go through the doors at the back (west side) of the central garden area and bear to the left, going up the stairs.  Once up the stairs take a left and the room will be just up the hallway.

Children’s Worship is: a kid-friendly time of singing, prayer, Bible lesson, craft, and small snack.

Because First Christian Reformed Church Bellflower loves and cares for young people and children, we also recognize the church’s responsibility to consciously work for the prevention of all types of abuse. Children and adults need to be in a safe place where they can grow in the Christian faith and trust those who minister to them. Therefore, to minimize risk and to protect children from abuse, we have developed the following guidelines and policies.
